We provide you with certified, insured and well trained security personnel. There are three pools of resource available based on experience - Skilled, Semi Skilled and Fresher.
Working with various organizations, we have realized that prevention of crime can be accomplished by utilizing tactical approaches rather than accusation and traditional methods of our predecessors.

Recruitment
Each Security Professional has been screened to the standards of Security Guard Board requirements. Our pre-employment background investigation exceeds that of most police department jurisdictions, we also collect reference from a minimum two locally known persons and keep their original documents such as educational qualifications etc.
Training
The knowledge of our management team is passed on to our new employees through Orientation, experience sharing in addition to the above; all state mandated training is also given. We also impart onsite training at client’s premises at regular intervals.
Patrolling
The placement of our officers is what generally place VT SFS in a position to confidently describe the implementation of our security guards project as authentic. Our officers are trained to make visible foot patrol throughout their posts. We encourage our personnel to interact with your patrons and employees in addition to standing a fixed posts.
Supervision
VT SFS supervisory personnel are required to possess a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in security services. Our officers are trained with scheduling, assigning security posts and acting as liaison between client and management.
Supervisory personnel will be available to you 24 hours every day in order to maintain quality assurance customer’ s service on behalf of VT SFS.
